Booking

Climbers who do not require instruction (ie experienced adult climbers and their guests) do not need to book. If in doubt, contact us or have a look at our Conditions of Use.

If you require instruction, we recommend that sessions and courses are pre-booked to avoid disappointment.  Places are sometimes available at short notice however so it is always worth giving us a call or dropping by. 

You can make a booking either in person at the Centre reception, by telephone (01539 721766) or by email via our Contact Us page.  Deposits are required to secure bookings and they can be paid for by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (with the exception of American Express). 

Bookings cannot be made before 9.30am but you can always leave a message on our answer machine or email us out of hours and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your request and take a deposit.

Provisional Bookings

All bookings remain provisional until the appropriate deposits are received. Deposit requirements vary depending on the type of session/course being booked. 

Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit is paid to secure a booking this payment is non refundable and non transferable.

Credit and Debit Cards

Please note that 20p is chargeable on any card transactions of £10 and under.
