Climbing Harnesses
Harnesses are like shoes, they have to fit to get the maximum benefit out of them.
This applies to movement whilst climbing, when falling, and to your personal climbing style requirements - trad, sport, winter, or a combination of all three.
As with shoes we would recommend that you try before you buy.
The lifetime of harnesses is considered by manufacturers to be 10 years - is it time to replaced yours? Of course, the potential lifetime of your equipment could be much shorter if it is damaged in any way.
Unfortunately, as with all PPE (personal protection equipment) items we are not allowed to accept returns and cannot refund or exchange the item unless it has a manufacturing fault.
