Come along to Yoga at the Climbing Wall and see what benefits you can reap …. You don’t have to be strong or flexible to come, just fit enough to climb the 2 flights of stairs to La Sportiva room where classes are held! It is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and you can work as hard or as gently as you wish to. No need to be a climber to attend.
Classes run on Wednesday evenings, 6.00 – 7.30pm (focus on stretching and injury prevention).
This drop-in classes so no need to book. Bring a mat (a camping mat is fine). Cost is £6.50. Occasionally these classes don’t run because of bad weather, illness or holidays so do ring the Wall and check if you wish.
Suitable for all with a degree of flexibility. Relaxed Deyna also does individual sessions if you want to explore in more detail the postures that will best support your anatomy, physiology and psychology.
