Adam Hocking Lecture

The latest installment of our winter lecture series will feature local lad and all round mega-wad Adam Hocking who'll be coming in to give a talk on Weds January the 16th!

Adam's going to be showing a couple of films; his own 'Meltdown' and Dom Bush's 'Return of the King'. Meltdown documents James McHaffie's ascent of the 9a slate route of the same name, has footage of James' send and a not to be missed commentary from Johnny Dawes who first spotted and started working the route in the mid-eighties! Meltdown is Adam's first film, we've seen it and it's really really good.

'Return of the King' a film by the mega-talented Dom Bush, documents Adam's second ascent of Dave Birkett's E9 testpiece on Scafell and promises to be a cracker!

Entrance to the lecture is free, will take place in the La Sportiva Conference Room and starts at 7.45(ish) Hopefully we'll see a few of you on the night!
