It's expensive around £12 for a non-member on a single visit to the bouldering wall but it would be worth it if the... problems were changed regularly.During lockdown when the wall was completely shut only half the problems seem to have been changed. Why?Some problems have been up so long there's a caked layer of chalk that won't brush off.You need to up your game...read more

Excellent lead climbing walls and lots of auto belay. Good range of grades from beginner to more advanced (7a+).... Bouldering area small but well set with a good range of grades from beginner to more advanced (v8+). There are other areas we didn't explore. Very good venue.read more

Probably the best climbing centre I've been to. The place is massive and offers something for everyone. Loads of space... (I think 4 floors of it), all with different features. Downstairs has a huge lead climbing/ top roping room with autobelays, there's also a smaller top roping room called 'the Chamber' which is a good place to warm up. The bouldering section features a really cool grading system, it's broken down into V-grades with a sub-grade system (lower the number, softer the climb). There's even a tunnel section for you to work on your overhang ability. This place has it all! Really knowledgable and friendly staff.read more

An amazing wall. The bouldering is excellent and the walls must be some of the best I've ever seen. All routes are... well set and thought out. One of my favourite indoor venues in the UK.read more

Staff were very friendly and sorted out an admin problem my sister had unfortunately created with ease and efficiency.... The wall itself is very extensive and you probably won't go to a taller indoor climbing venue with such a wide range of capability levels spanning throughout. The bouldering was challenging and enjoyable too, my only complaint being that it was rather crowded since it was so good! An all-ages and all-abilities place that I would recommend to anyone passing by.read more

Am a regular boulderer at Harrowall but never tried any roped climbing before, but during the Easter weekend we we... nearby and we dropped in and managed to secure an introductory toprope session supervised by Steph who was really professional and instilled confidence that we were always in safe hands when on the wall. Learnt about how to tie ourselves in as a climber and also how to belay. Was a really good learning session. We also did some light bouldering after and found the problems quite challenging as the holds were pretty smooth from use!read more
