12th March -Injury Prevention Workshop Part 2
Andy McVittie, qualified physio and climbing coach will deliver two workshops on injury prevention. These workshops are aimed at helping you stay injury free, so you can get more out of your climbing!
Part 1 -WARMING UP, WHY BOTHER?
Feb 13th 6.30-7.30pm
Practical session based on the latest research and how to do an effective climbing warm up in a short time.
Part 2 -STAYING INJURY FREE.
March 12th 6.30-7.30 pm
Managing and preventing common climbing injuries for a lifetime of climbing.
Participants must be 18 years or over and registered as boulderer or belayer.
