The above prices are for room hire only and do not include refreshments. Equipment hire for the La Sportiva Room and small meeting room are free of charge. Equipment required must be requested on booking. Please note that client’s must provide their own laptop. Free parking is available to all delegates attending conferences.
NB. room hire prices include VAT @ 20%.
Full day – max 7 hours (in between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm).
Half day – max of 4 hours (in between the hours of 10.00 am and 5.00 pm).
Evening hire – max of 3 hours (in between the hours of 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm).
Room hire required before 10.00 am or after 5.00 pm is available by prior arrangement and will be charged at an additional £15 per half hour.
For meetings of less than 8 delegates we have our on site Creamery Cafe where delegates can purchase refreshments and snacks throughout the day and evening.

Scafell Buffet – £7.00 pp (min of 8 delegates)
Basic selection of sandwiches on white and wholemeal bread served with crisps, includes refreshments*: (instant coffee and tea).
Mont Blanc Buffet- £9.00 pp (min of 12 delegates)
Selection of sandwiches on white and wholemeal bread, variety of crisps, sausage rolls, crudités with dips and olives. includes refreshments*: (instant coffee and tea).
Cakes – if you would like a selection of Wilf’s cakes to be served with your buffet these are available at an additional cost of £2.20 pp.
*refreshments included with buffet options are to accompany lunch only; if you require further refreshments for example for morning & afternoon breaks, these are priced separately (see below).

The La Sportiva and Meeting Room are situated on the second floor and unfortunately, are not accessible to wheelchair users. All WC’s are located on the ground floor of the Centre only. The Creamery Cafe is located on the ground floor. There is disabled access to all the ground floor areas together with disabled toilet and baby changing facilities.

Team Booster: Energise and Engage your team
Why not energise your meeting with a fun and lively bouldering session? You can add on an instructor for 45 minutes to introduce your team to the exciting sport of bouldering. Bouldering is rock climbing stripped down to its raw essentials. No complicated ropes or harnesses, all you need is climbing shoes. Your challenge is to climb short but interesting bouldering “problems” (sequences of moves) using technique, balance, strength, and your brain. A session on our bouldering walls could be just the way to start, re-fresh or finish your team meeting. For more details and cost mention you are interested when you make your room booking. Also available are roped climbing options and our indoor Via-Ferrata, please ask when booking if you would like to add any activities to your meeting.
